The self-assembling peptide P11-4 (used in Curodont Repair + fluoride from @vvardis.professional.us ) acts as a biomimetic scaffold within early non-cavitated lesions, guiding de novo hydroxyapatite formation and enabling deeper remineralization compared to fluoride varnish alone.
Studies show it significantly reduces lesion progression and promotes regression within 6 months. This means we can move from “watch and wait” to active enamel regeneration.
